Shipping and Handling
Samples and small orders usually ship after payment has cleared.
Bulk orders and International orders can take up to 7 (seven) business days to prepare your order.
We offer the following
shipping methods:
* Standard UPS or FedEx Ground within the U.S.
* International orders can be shipped via boat or air
* Bulk orders can take upto 3 weeks
You are responsible for any taxes, duties and insurance fees.
There will be a $7.50 packaging and handling fee charged to all single, non-bulk orders.
Returns
Due to the sensitivity and technology of the NanoBionics treatments,
Nanotec-USA does not warranty product shelflife of opened bottles. All products carry a 1 year shelflife if stored properly
and the seal has not been broken.
If you have followed our installation instructions and feel the NanoBionic
surface is not functioning, please call our office. We will do our best to help you in problem-solving your installation.
Most of the time loss of function or non-existing NanoBionic function is due to improper surface preparation.
